If at any time you find these Terms of Use unacceptable, you must immediately leave the website and cease all use of it.

You have the option, but not obligation, to sign up to our newsletter to receive updates, offers, and new information. Should you do so, you are also agreeing to receive emails from us of a commercial and marketing nature.

Non-commercial emails may include, but are not limited to, administrative issues and announcements of changes to these terms, the Privacy Policy or other site documentation.

Care Wildly Somatics and Website does not claim to provide professional healthcare services nor claims to and will not be held responsible for diagnosing, treating, or curing any physical or mental health condition. We recommend that you seek support from a professional if mental health or crisis intervention is the desired need. If Client decides to take action based on the services he or she receives from Care Wildly Somatics, Client does so at his or her own risk. Care Wildly Somatics shall not be held liable or responsible for any errors or omissions on this website or use of services for any damage you may suffer as a result of failing to seek competent support from a professional who is familiar with your situation. 

Cancellation Policy:

Coaching is an ongoing relationship that can last several months to a year, depending on the agreement. Either party can terminate the relationship at any time. If dissatisfied with their coaching experience, and after openly discussing options and constructive feedback in good faith, the Client may terminate any packages with 15 day notice. The client will be refunded pro-rata, however there is no refund if the month has already been paid.

You can cancel your service within 24 hours of purchase upon email notification to receive a full refund. If you receive a refund of any purchase through the terms and conditions, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granting you use of any material provided to you under any agreement. You shall immediately cease using the material and destroy all copies of the information provided to you, included but not limited to: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, and other resources. 

No Guarantees:

Care Wildly Somatics makes no guarantees about the results of taking any action, whether recommended on this Website or not. The Website further makes no representation or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the information, contents, materials, documents, programs, products, or services included on or though this website. To the fullest extent permissible under the law, Care Wildly Somatics disclaims all warranties or guarantees, express or implied. 

Warranties:

We hereby disclaim all warranties or guarantees, express or implied. We are making the site available “as is” without warranty of any kind. You assume the risk of any and all damage or loss from use of, or inability to use, the site or any service offered. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we expressly disclaim any and all warranties, express or implied, regarding the site, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non infringement. Nothing contained on the site should be understood as granting you a license or permission to use any of the trademarks, service marks, writings, or logos owned by us or by any third party.

Amendments:

We, Care Wildly Somatics/ Selin Nurgün, reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use as needed. Should we seek to make such an amendment, we shall provide you notice by email of said change.
